How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We can accommodate cancellations or changes within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at support@dermifyglow.com.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! A confirmation email is sent automatically after your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon!
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — $5.99 (Free on orders over $75)
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $12.99
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days — rates calculated at checkout
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package in real time through the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@dermifyglow.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
