Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Orders We ship to over 29 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages Dermify Glow is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at support@dernifyglow.com.
