Refund policy

Dermify Glow ("we," "us," or "our") wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returnsย We accept returns withinย 30 daysย of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Itemsย The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare, makeup, hair care, or body care products
  • Health supplements (once seal is broken)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
  • Beauty devices showing any signs of use or with broken seals

Beauty Devicesย Due to their high value and sanitary nature, beauty devices may only be returnedย within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in original packaging. Defective devices may be eligible for warranty service โ€” contact us at support@dernifyglow.com for assistance.

How to Request a Returnย To initiate a return, emailย support@dernifyglow.comย with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1โ€“2 business days with return instructions.

Refundsย Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method withinย 5โ€“10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

Return Shippingย Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Itemsย If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us atย support@dernifyglow.comย withinย 48 hoursย of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
