We want you to love every product you receive from Dermify Glow. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

✅ What Can Be Returned

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The item has not been used or tampered with
  • The product is in resalable condition

❌ What Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially used
  • Items without original packaging or missing seals
  • Products purchased as part of a final sale or clearance promotion
  • Gift cards

Why this policy? Skincare products are personal care items. Once opened, they cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@dermifyglow.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dermifyglow.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
